HOW TO USE

Using the doppler, dispense one drop of DURALINE directly on the brush or onto the back of your hand. Wet a brush by dipping it into the fluid (brush 11S for eye shadows and brush 17TL or brush 31T for eyeliner) then blend into any pressed or loose powder eye shadow. Paint the transformed liquid eye shadow onto eyelids or draw along the base of lashes to create a water-resistant eyeliner
